Our March Wine of the Month is Chambourcin! Chambourcin is one of the hybrid grapes grown in our vineyards, a special crossing of two grape species making the vines resistant to humidity, rain, and heat. Our Chambourcin exhibits notes of cherries, blackberries, fresh herbs, and has a nice acidity. Pair with rich meats, tomato-based sauces, or dark chocolate.
