BLACKBERRY WINE CAKE
1 BOX WHITE CAKE MIX
4 EGGS
1 BOX SMALL BLACKBERRY OR BLACKCHERRY GELATIN-DRY
1 CUP OIL (I USE BUTTER)
1-1/3 CUP BLACKBERRY WINE-SEPARATED (1 CUP & 1/3 CUP)
1-1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1. MIX FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS PLUS 1 CUP OF THE WINE TOGETHER
2. POUR INTO WELL GREASED BUNDT PAN. BAKE 45 MIN. @ 350*
3. WHILE CAKE IS BAKING, MIX POWDERED SUGAR & 1/3 CUP WINE
4. REMOVE CAKE FROM PAN AND WHILE WARM POKE HOLES IN CAKE AND POUR SUGAR/WINE MIX OVER CAKE FOR GLAZE.
